What is the first analysis?
Every plan includes it: one complete read of your two files, contacts and gifts, with a one-hour strategist walkthrough in your first month.
What counts as a contact?
Every person on your contacts export, active or lapsed. We count what you send, and we show you the count before anything is billed.
What happens if we grow past our plan?
Nothing breaks. When a refresh lands above your plan size we tell you and give you a full billing cycle to decide. Growing past a tier is good news, and we treat it that way.
How does Intelligence work?
Every plan comes with Intelligence on by default at $250 a month, the same price on monthly and annual billing. It adds plain-language questions on your own donor file and a quarterly strategy review drafted by the platform, with a monthly token allowance. When the allowance runs out, a refill adds 50,000 tokens for $50, and refills renew automatically unless you turn that off. Switch Intelligence off at checkout or any time from your account, and you are never charged for an answer the platform could not give.
What is in the quarterly strategy review?
A board-grade brief built from your file: a scorecard, a revenue bridge that reconciles to the dollar, and a sequenced set of moves, drafted by the platform each quarter.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel from your account at any time and stop at the end of the cycle. Annual plans are refunded for unused full months.
