You may use this site to learn about our platform and to request an analysis. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, submit false information through the form, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

If we agree to work together, the specific scope, fees, and terms of that work are set out in a separate written agreement (the Agreement). These terms and the Data Processing Addendum form part of that relationship. Where a separate signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement governs the engagement.

The site, the platform, our methods, and the templates and software behind an analysis remain ours. The strategy review and workbook we deliver are yours to use within your organization. The donor data you provide remains yours; we claim no ownership of it.

An analysis describes patterns in your donor data and names where effort is likely to return the most. It is informational and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Decisions about your fundraising, and the relationships behind the numbers, remain yours.

The site is provided as is. We work to keep the analysis accurate and the methods sound, but we do not warrant that any projection will match future results. Survival and lifetime-value figures are estimates with stated uncertainty, not guarantees.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on an analysis. Any liability for an engagement is subject to the limitations set out in the Agreement.
