Privacy policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy covers donorinsights.com, the public marketing site. It explains what the site collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to reach us. Handling of donor files exchanged during an engagement is described separately below and is governed by our Data Processing Addendum.

1What this site collects

The only information this site collects is what you type into the get-started form: your name, work email, organization, role, the CRM you use, and an optional message. There is no other data collection on the site.

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay scripts. No tracking fires when you browse, because none is present. We use a temporary technical measure on the get-started form to reduce automated spam, which does not identify you.

2Why we collect it

We use the form details for one purpose: to respond to your request and arrange a conversation about an analysis. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3How long we keep it

Intake details are retained only as long as needed to follow up on your request and, if we begin working together, for the duration of that relationship and a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete your intake details at any time.

4Donor files during an engagement

Donor files are never uploaded through this website. When an engagement begins, contacts and gifts are exchanged through a secured channel arranged with you directly, not through any public form.

Personal data in those files is processed only to produce the analysis you have asked for, under the terms of our Data Processing Addendum. We do not sell or share that data, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond the engagement.

5Your choices

You can ask us what intake details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email us and we will respond.
